We have a 10 year old, very anxious little chi-beagle dog for whom going to the local Vet clinic is a traumatic experience, so we decided to give a mobile Vet service a try. Dr. Bradshaw came highly recommended by more than one local veterinarian technician and by a local dog sitter, each of whom had first hand experience off of which to make a reliable referral. Dr Bradshaw and her assistant, Keri, made a great initial impression via email by sending us plenty of information on what to expect from our visit, and by offering to obtain our dog's records prior to the visit. This impression was made even better when we received a text message alerting us that the team was on their way, and providing some helpful instructions for the visit. When they pulled up to our home, their van was very professional looking and well maintained. Our dog was predictably anxious when Dr Bradshaw and Keri arrived, however, they were both so patient with him and knew just what to do to get him to calm down. The examination was thorough, and Dr Bradshaw asked many questions while Keri logged all of the info in their laptop. They arrived well prepared, informed and with all of the equipment necessary. The exam happened in our home, and then they took our pup to the treatment van for nail trim and blood draw. When they returned our nervous little guy to us, it was as if they had put a spell on him - he was so calm and sweet! Dr Bradshaw gave us clear feedback on the exam, and was able to provide the prescribed meds right then and there. A few hours later, we received a very thorough emailed account of the visit and instructions for continuing care. We loved this part of the service the best! We will be relying upon Dr Bradshaw and her team from now on for our sweet dog. Very grateful to have found them! read more

My two Cats, a Bengal & a Tabby saw Ms. Bradshaw at our home in La Quinta as a new client during COVID lockdown times in October 2021. I had struggled to find a Vet and she had great references. Both Cats were in need of Vaccines. She performed wellness exams on each Cat, discussed food & diet, gave necessary Vaccines. I paid full exam fees for each Cat. My Bengal needed a 2nd Vaccine and she preferred to wait a week or two. I had always done them at the same time with our previous Veterinarian in Virginia but listened to her advice. She booked another Appointment to have a Technician come to the house but what I hadn't expected was to pay another visit or exam fee on top of the Vaccine cost. After complaining, she did credit the visit fee. We moved to Palm Springs until September 2023 when we moved back to La Quinta Cove. During that time I had to re-home my beautiful Bengal as he became an escape Artist and I wasn't willing to let him become another victim of a Coyote or other wild Animal coming around the house in Palm Springs. I had called Ms. Bradshaw but the telephone number was "No longer in Service." So I sent an email on her website. It took a few days to get a response but I was told they were downsizing & since my Tabby hadn't been seen by her since October 2021 we no longer made "the list." This was a bit of a surprise to me. She only needs her Rabies shot but I like to do an annual Wellness Exam. So....we are now back to searching for a Veterinarian. All of her Staff is very kind, caring, but we had mistakes made in the Vaccine logs for which Cat received what & an error on Birth date. I made sure she updated so we didn't run in to issues down the road. House Calls are great but just know they're limited on Services. I had wanted to get both Cats teeth cleaned but at that time it wasn't an option. This may have changed now but check first. COVID was a difficult time for all of us pet owners. I sure hope she stays in the Business because all of the ladies were Animal Lovers & it showed. read more

doctor Bradshaw has been my vet for years, she was great with my pom Pumkin and Bella, with Pumkin having so many issues and always fearful of vet she was the only one that Pumkin looked for to meet, never afraid never shook once, he was all over her when i took him in for a check up, the only vet since i started with owning pets that i trusted blind folded, she saved my dog when he had a heart failure and managed to keep him alive and than sent to VCA emergency clinic where he was put on oxygen, when Pumkin decided it was time to go he was do for his examination for renewal of med's and he got to be with doctor Bradshaw before he passed next day, i still miss him so much, and i wish doctor Bradshaw still be my dogs vet, because i have so much faith in her, and any one that has her as a vet is very fortunate, Keri has been with her for ever they are like one and only, both very professional, one thing i noticed, doct Bradshaw was always on the floor with my dogs before she even did the exam, which i do not see it any more, and no wander pets are scared to go in, Pumkin loved her, and i have a ton of respect for her, i need her to be my vet again!!!! read more
