We priced several other vendors and found this company provided the best value and quality for our project working with us from beginning to end. They referred to a plumbing company for our sinks and faucets and worked around our lighting team. I hired Greg to build a deck in my backyard after another contractor left the job half-finished and several other contractors refused to take it on. It was not only half-done, but done with the wrong materials, and the biggest headache was that the previous contractor had not dug the holes for the concrete posts deep enough and the city inspector ordered us to disassemble the entire frame, dig deeper holes, and repour the concrete. It was a nightmare of a job, but Greg agreed to take it on at a very reasonable price. He faced major setbacks that could not be predicted (for example, digging deeper holes was much harder than expected because of tree roots and rocks, there were supply issues with materials, etc.). However, Greg took these on without complaining and without charging much more than his estimate. I'm no expert when it comes to construction, and he offered plenty of advice and suggestions when making certain decisions. You can tell he truly cares not only about the quality of his work but also the people he is working with. He is always on time, polite, and takes on challenges without hesitation. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the new deck. I'm so glad that I found Greg during what was a very stressful time for me and my family due to the previous contractor, and I would use him again in a heartbeat as well as recommend him to anyone I know.

Then, the day after the attorney review period expired (fully one month of work into the project) the owner informed us he was canceling the contract. He never explained why but we found out: He sold the house - with all our carefully selected improvements - to another buyer for $15k more. We were left with over $1,000 in expenses and NO HOUSE. Bitter? Yes, I am. Could I have sued to enforce our agreement? I suppose so. But when you find out your contractor is a sleazeball, better to let them slip back into the muck. Lesson: There are plenty of fish in the sea. Throw this one back and keep fishing.

Other service workers described the project as a minor "facelift" for the bathrooms. The project manager Merrick took several weeks to provide the attached ridiculous fee proposal of $82,593, which was primarily for the LABOR for these two tiny bathrooms. The cost of the ceramic and porcelain tiles for the shower walls and floor I selected is $5 psf. Wujcik included the cost of those tiles in their outrageous proposal. (See photos of fee proposal) Merrick proposed a demolition charge of $16,200 for removing 2 48-inch vanities, 2 toilets and a few tiles.Other contractors proposed a fee of only $2000 for the same demolition work. Every line item on the itemized proposal is outrageous. Overall, Wujcik proposed total fees that were more than 4 times higher than fees quoted for the same project by other local service workers. Wujcik also required a higher deposit. Sadly, I believe I received such a ridiculously outrageous quote from Wujcik because I am a woman. BEWARE!

They never met their deadlines. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anybody. So much damage has been done, like the entire HVAC system needs to be redone to work correctly. I will list below all the damages this company did and include pictures. Please, whoever is looking into this company, be careful, do your research, ask around, don't be fooled by the excellent way of talking and acting like they care and that we are family from the same community! They are just out to scam you out of your money and are dishonest. List of significant damages done to Brand dream house: HVAC must be redone, looking about 50k or more, without opening up drywall. Hardwood floors are gapping throughout the entire house. My husband asked Mohammed Nafe to install humidifiers on all three HVAC systems so the hardwood would not gap. I hired a reputable HVAC company, and one HVAC unit had a humidifier but wasn't installed, and the other two didn't. ( have text messages proof of asking for humidifiers.) - [ ] Ordered the wrong front door after waiting months to arrive, and they already installed it. It was the wrong door!! We let them know, and they argued at first that it was the right door. I then went ahead and forwarded the text between us and showed them the door we wanted. Then Yousef Nafe claims that the company sent the wrong door. It's always someone else's fault. They never admit that they are unorganized and are making these mistakes. And in the end, we always have to accept and live with these mistakes. We ordered storefront windows for the back of the house that are all black trim and wanted all the windows to be black trim inside and out. After they installed the windows, my husband and I came to check on the house. The wrong windows were white trim, and the storefront windows were black. They looked mismatched and not the style we were looking for. So they repaint all the windows with black paint, and after living in the home for a few months, the paint is chipping. Also, the windows and doors are not installed correctly. When it rains or snows, we have a puddle of water inside the window ledge and water stains on the blinds from the rain. - [ ] Also they are always asking for more and more money and when you ask for receipts you never get them. I am writing this review because no one deserves to go through this. We were building our dream home. We chose expensive materials throughout the whole house. We took our time picking everything out. Since we moved in, we haven't been able to enjoy our home. We are out of money and need much more to fix the damages. There's still so much more, but I will include pictures.
