Still in classes. So far I haven't run into many issues. Its a quick course, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that needs more time to absorb the info. The office staff is a little uncompassionate in my opinion, however, they are straight to the point. I get along fine with all the staff. Unprofessional, demeaning & unorganized. When you stand your ground regarding the conflict and chaos that they have created by their gross lack of communication, their unprofessional tactics have no boundaries. Ms. Henderson threatened to kick me off the premises because I questioned and challenged a billing dispute. On that day, I was scheduled to take my national certification exam. She refused to allow me to take my exam until I paid her their money. They waited until the day of my exam to present me with this. Ms. Henderson expressed no sympathy that I had recently gotten out of the hospital and was behind in paying my bills. Then, on the same day, I'm told that I can't get my Certificate of Completion until I provide them with a copy of my high school transcript that they never asked for. I graduated from high school 30 years ago. To add insult to injury, Ms. Henderson later retained a lawyer to threaten me with legal action for defamation because of a negative review I recently posted on Google. I guess suing people is their way of "punishing" those who write negative online reviews about them. If AlliedRx is indeed such a great place to take classes, why do they need an attorney for civil litigation? Sounds like a complete waste of time AND money in my opinion. AlliedRx employees could really benefit from taking classes in conflict resolution and communication skills. Do yourself a big favor and thoroughly research healthcare schools before investing in educating yourself. I highly recommend that you take classes elsewhere. read more

I do not recommend taking any programs at this facility. Don't be fooled by their website. There is MUCH improvement to be made. Every week, class was delayed for almost 30 minutes because they collect any money owed to them FIRST!! And you have to have either cash or a money order. No matter what your extenuating circumstances may be, if you don't pay them, they will NOT let you attend class on that day. They also will not let you make up for any work missed. They will kick you out in a heartbeat and refuse to refund your money. The office assistant, who is a relative, can't recall what she did or what she told you the previous week. Instead of owning up to giving out false information, she calls her sister, who is the owner, so that SHE can make the decision. If they had consistent policies and procedures in place, many of the school's issues might be resolved. They will do and say whatever to get you in, then change up things as they see fit. Almost every week, some new policy, that you knew nothing about, would be enforced, i.e., if you miss a class, you need a doctor's note to get back into class. I don't know where that policy came from. What if you had some other reason for missing class?? No doctor's note, you can't make up any work missed. Another example - as a registered student, you need log on information to access your grades. But if you have not forwarded a high school transcript to them, (of which you're not told this upon registration), they will not give you any log-in information. Lastly, as far as their hybrid classes are concerned, you get absolutely NO regular feedback regarding the work that you have completed. You don't even know who is teaching the hybrid course.
