This review is long overdue but I feel the need to share. We first discovered MKA when my…read morepreschooler was having issues at his original preschool. He started regressing in potty training, was having behavioral issues and it began to be evident that those teachers simply just didn't like him. We found MKA and immediately upon our walk thru I knew it was the place for him. He fit in immediately and his behavioral issues and potty training regression immediately became a non-issue. We brought our younger two kids in (a 2yo and 3yo) and our kindergartener in for the morning and after school bus. All 4 of my kids have flourished here. All of the teachers have showered my kids with love and discipline. I can not recommend this place enough. In addition to having wonderful teachers and a phenomenal directors the daily updates and ability to watch live feedS of my kiddos during their day makes MKA really stand above the other facilities in the area. MKA has become a second family for us and I am so grateful to have found the best place for my kiddos!

Avoid Midlothian Kids Academy at all costs…read more This daycare has extremely high staff turnover and poor supervision of the children. When my son moved to the two-year-old classroom, we were told they would help with potty training -- but within a week they began complaining about accidents and even suggested we bring in Pampers. It was clear they just didn't want to do their job. I refused, and ironically, my son's potty training improved right after that. The food they serve is subpar -- my son comes home hungry every day. Classrooms are often combined because they're short-staffed, creating chaos and disorganization. When incidents happen, they rarely communicate unless you call to ask what happened. One of the most concerning experiences was when my son came home with his face visibly swollen from crying. We were told he had a hard time going to sleep at nap time -- but we picked him up at 5 p.m., which means he was left crying unattended for an extended period of time. That's completely unacceptable and heartbreaking for any parent to hear. Worst of all, the director is dismissive and gaslights parents instead of being transparent or taking accountability. If you care about your child's safety, nutrition, and emotional well-being, run far away from this place.

Everyone from Sabot was so helpful, accommodating and attentive. Previously I had met with their events coordinator- she gave me a tour and allowed me to take photos of the venue. After sending the deposit and securing the date Sabot notified us that one of the kindergarten classes was having a pizza party of sorts on that Sunday and would be using the main house- however they allowed us use of the event space instead which was a beautiful open space that worked even better with the aesthetic that we were going for. On the day after we had just finished the ceremony and we're heading inside for cake and champagne the kindergarten class waved and were congratulating my husband and I from the Windows that the teacher had opened- it was absolutely adorable and made our day! Sabot also allowed my husband to arrive early in order to set up the sweetheart table , candles and all of the goodies which was much appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my special day!

My daughter enjoyed her time there. We were members for almost a year After about 4-5 months, my…read moredaughter started to feel a little bored and wouldn't be as excited about going. I think it's because they do the same general thing week-to-week and there isn't a sense of goals or progress over time. I am also not a fan of their membership model. It's basically $100 a month and it just goes on infinitely until you choose to stop. I would prefer it to be structured more around "seasons" with a culminating show so the kids could feel a sense of growth, progress and pride. All in all - We enjoyed our time but will be looking for other gymnastics options in the future with a different class model oriented more towards growth.

Fortis College was the worst college experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this school…read moreto anyone without doing serious research first. After paying in full, unexpected charges appeared on my account. There were days students showed up and there was no instructor available to teach. Books were not provided in a timely manner, which made it difficult for students to stay on track. The building also had serious concerns, including what appeared to be mold. In my opinion, the leadership and administration were unprofessional, disorganized, and failed to provide the quality education students paid for. Overall, I felt the school lacked structure, accountability, and professionalism. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly encourage anyone considering Fortis College to do their due diligence before enrolling.
