Ohh, where to start…read more.. We purchased our vehicle from Airport Auto Brokers 3 years ago. 1 week after we bought it, my husband noticed water in the oil, which is a big problem. They kindly gave us a rental car and took the Jeep for over a week. They said they couldnt find any problems, and it must have been condensation from the motor. Once we got the Jeep back, we no longer noticed the water in the oil, and the vehicle ran wonderfully. When we purchased the vehicle, we got the service warranty with it, so any major problems would be covered for 2 years or 24,000 miles. Well, within 1 year we almost put 24,000 miles on the poor Jeep, however my husband is a car man, and takes very good care of our vehicles, and always keeps up with the regular maintenance. One morning when driving to work, my Jeep broke down at an intersection. I called, had the Jeep towed to Airport Auto and waited for a phone call. 3 days later I received a call that we had a cracked head and blown head gasket. We had never had problems with overheating, and the Jeep had water in it when this happened (my tow truck driver checked before towing the vehicle). They gave me an estimate of $1,800 to fix, and told me it was not covered under my service warranty. Well, I am an honest person, and more than willing to pay if it was my fault. I brought up the instance in the previous year where there was water in the oil, and if this problem had any link to the past problem. They gentleman said he'd speak with his supervisor and call me back. 10 minutes later I got a call back telling me it was completely covered......Interesting. 6 weeks later, we got our Jeep back. They no longer offered rental car services, and would not give us any option for a rental car. So, we were without our primary vehicle for 6 weeks. I called about every 3 days with an update, and it was problem and excuse after problem and excuse. 9 days after getting our Jeep back, it breaks down again. Needless to say, I was furious at this point, and ready to tell them to take their Jeep back. Its common knowledge, Ive been told, that when a problem like ours occurs, and its fixed, the spark plugs must be changed. Well, they simply put our old spark plugs back, not thinking they would have been damaged by water!!! In addition, our Jeep starting loosing water out of the radiator within 3 days of getting the Jeep back. It again went BACK to the service place, and within 4 days I had my Jeep back with a new radiator and new spark plugs. We have had ongoing problems with this vehicle and the cooling system. We've replaced the radiator AGAIN, waterpump, and upper and lower radiator hoses. We believe they never really did fix the original problem, and we may still have a blown headgasket thats simply been fixed with a band aid. Not only will I never ever buy another vehicle from Airport Auto, but I will never ever go to or recommend their service department. Believe me, its worth spending the extra to go to a better place!!

I finally get them to do the struts and the problem is still there. I said its either ball joints or strut Bearings and they say no. I take it to someone else and they say strut bearings.

I tow a 38' fifth wheel RV, plus an equipment trailer loaded with my 12,000 pound tractor, this shimmy issue made towing impossibly unsafe. I had taken my truck to a Ford dealer in Santa Rosa, where I bought it. The service advisor booked it in for a 2 day inspection. The dealer advised that I had a major issue with the transfer case, tie rod ends and two tires. Their estimate, $7109.80. It just didn't make sense, so I declined. I took it to Lakeport Tire. Their service advisor knew immediately what the problem was. A stability bar as part of the front suspension. The estimate was, and accurately $1200. Which included a host of other services. The repair was done timely, totally cured the issue. My truck drives fine now, even towing heavy loads. I am very pleased with Lakeport Tire, their knowledge base and customer service. I'm so pleased that next up is my C8 Corvette in for yet its own perplexing issue. I trust they'll handle the repair as well as my truck.

Do they look like they need replacement? The other tires were bald. When I returned to the business and pointed out the error, they fixed it, and these are now my front tires. Lug nuts had nothing to do with replacing OR rotating them, and were a seperate issue that I have nothing to complain about.

I have done more research and left a review. After the compustar t13 remote start and alarm…read moreinstallation that Wicked Sounds, aka dfm, did for me, I returned because the auto arming and proximity release of the alarm failed. First, the business is an authorized Compustar dealer, but not a pro dealer. Thus, apparently they are not authorized to purchase or install the T13. I am told the errors I have are likely due to error on installation. Compustar has a lifetime warranty, but since they are not PRO installers of the T13 PRO, I have to find a PRO to fix. In the meantime, the business says it works when your here the day it is installed thus not their problem. Conclusion, go to Sacramento for the install at a PRO, because using them leaves vulnerable to the scam that you have no warranty because of their ignorance in proper installation of the PRO product. All this information is kept secret from the customer. I am still trying to fix the defective install and Danny said he washed his hands of me and the install. Keep in mind I suffered intense gaslighting where they record you in front of the cash register and the staff stands outside of the view and acts abusingly and falsely blames you for the breaking the product when you use the product as it is to be used This is a disturbing experience. I have alerted Compustar regarding the situation.
