At least they didn't try to pressure me--my sister on the other hand, was pretty insistent that I use them. I had Servpro do the water mitigation. Only because I didn't know who to call at that point, and I called them for info. I found out about DBI after the mitigation. I didn't have any real problems with them. There were two or three concerns that I brought to their attention. They explained the reason(s) for the issue(s), and took action when necessary. They were really good with communication. Always polite. I read through the other review on here, and that was not my experience at all. I would recommend them based on my experience. The photos posted with this review show before and after.
