All until I called to inform them that I will take care of dental work ONE TIME at a different dentist, as i chose to see a holistic dentist for that particular issue. The receptionist blew up at me, using every word I told her to turn it back to me, as if that would convince me to do the work at their dentist. She even said that 'the dentist might not want to take you back!', because i dared to pay elsewhere for ONE SET OF DENTAL WORK. I realized then that all the glitters and sparkles are part of a ploy to get you to give them your insurance to bill or credit card to pay. The moment you choose to get a second opinion or feel like some work needs to be done elsewhere, you will be met with attitude and berating. To summarize, as long as they are actively making money off you, especially as a cash patient, you will get 10 star service. But as soon as they will lose even a dime that you will pay someone else ONE TIME for dental work, they treat you like garbage.
