They are not upfront regarding quoting you for dental work or letting you know if your insurance is in or out of network. I had two instances where I was unexpectedly billed and had to dispute the charges with them. I had an appointment with them for a cavity filing and ended up canceling when I found out my insurance and their office could not quote me how much I would be billed. They also did not provide me an estimate or quote prior to my appointment, which should be standard. My only positive experience is that my dental hygienist was always pleasant. I recommend going to a different office with more honest business practices!

We were told we didn't include a 600 dollar "plan for health" that would have lowered the price by 15% that was on the original contract so we had to pay full price for the dental work. Think somebody would have mentioned this. Dr Aronson even told us it would be stupid to not pay 600 dollars to save 3750.00. Someone in finance didn't correct this or notify us. On top of this within about 6 months part of the denture broke. It was repaired at no cost with a mention not to eat anything hard. A few months later part of the implant teeth broke. Again repaired for free and a warning about eating hard food but a 580 dollar yearly maintenance fee was charged. I believe their products are not made well and would not recommend using this dental service for anything but basic dentistry. By the way nothing hard was eaten!

Her patience, Knowledge, Skill and genuine concern are always in evidence. She describes all my options with patience and thoroughness. I just recently had to have a very old crown replaced. She took her usual excellent care of me, making sure I did not feel any pain ( taking the extra time to ensure the appropriate amount of Novocain was given, waiting for it to take effect & checking to ensure i was numb before she began the work). She always follows up with me, checking on how I'm doing. Her cosmetic/esthetic skills are meticulous. She matches veneer colors with precision. I once had an emergency dental issue & had to go to an upper east side well known dentist. He asked me who had done my previous dental work as they had done an excellent job! :-)! I recommend Dr. B highly! And she has lovely staff. I never have to be concerned her dental technicians will be inexperienced. The same staff have been with her for many years. They also claimed to take my insurance, but they were truly not in-network. What they quoted as $30,000 turned out to be $150 at a different dentist. I went for an appointment a few years ago as a young adult and I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of dental work and how dental insurance worked. I'm writing a review now because this experience still bothers me even now, and after I've learned more about how normal dentist offices are run the issues here are more apparent. I would stay away.
