They are all pretty good.". it was like the scene from Dumb and Dumber when Harry asks "what's the soup de jour" and the waitress said "its the soup of the day". I almost said, mmmm that sounds good. They arrived on time and were very professional but somehow our small bathroom ceiling was damaged. Not a huge deal, accidents happen. We tried for a week and a half to deal with the foreman who had referred us on to their sheet rock repair person. When I continually updated the foreman with the fact I wasn't getting any response by their repair person to get it repaired he would just tell me he'd have him call me. Very frustrated I finally contacted the Tigard office and spoke with Chris. She was immediately very understanding and asked me to call Lacey who was in charge of the insulation work & Chris provided me her tele #. I called Lacey and she listened as I aired my frustration. She apologized and said it would be taken care of immediately. Talking to Lacey was like a breath of fresh air. Professional, apologetic & assuring. My ceiling was repaired within the week and it is beautiful. Lacey even called me back to make sure I was happy. I will continue to recommend Knez. Any company can have a mishap but when they resolve it quickly like Lacey did I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Lacey!
