My family has…read morereceived nothing but phenomenal, compassionate, and deeply excellent medical care here - we've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Macdonald, Dr. Golden, and Dr. Nelson - and have switched several friends and family to receive care here. I really feel like the staff (everyone from reception to nurses to the docs) cares deeply for you as a patient and finding the best outcome that you feel comfortable with (not the kind of experience you'd have at a Fairview or a HealthPartners). They are super accessible and have urgent appointments if you need, there is always a doctor on call 24/7, and we've never had an issue getting in. This clinic is how primary care should be!!!

They use some sketchy person from somewhere in her basement now. She never returns calls either. They use to have 5 very experienced doctors for the first 15 years I was there. Then Dr Nelson went part time to golf and play footsie with Fairview corporate. ALL the rest of the stable doctors all quit or retired. I was forced to change doctors 3 times the last 2 1/2 years. The facility now has 2 PAs, which isn't a huge thing but you now have 1.5 doctors running 2 PAs. And both PA quit after several months. And the one full time doctor slot changes every 18 months. So you have 1/2 a physician with more than 10 years experience. The nurses rock though and total angels. After 18 years it made it hard for me to switch clinics but I CANNOT bear their incompetence any longer. Avoid this clic and just find another Fairview Clinic because RMG is a Fairview offshoot anyway. AVOID at all costs.

He presented with extreme GERD with very intense left chest, back and arm pain. They, in a nutshell told him to take two omeprazole for the next two weeks, and did not address his pain. He is a high performing athlete so cardiac issues could be present. They also mis-documented his visit saying they checked his lungs, when in fact he reported he was never touched with a stethoscope. The ER however addressed these issues more thoroughly and found a potential past small heart attack with an unknown date. Disappointing is the word for this office - another classic example of capitalism healthcare.

The staff were great, especially Dr. Andrea Wojahn, who was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked great questions to quickly gather needed information, and discussed a plan to help me. And she shared a little bit about herself during the course of all that, which I thought was lovely and relatable. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again my choice is easy.

Dr. Omlie told me in front of witnesses at 5 separate office appointments that the orthopedic surgeon botched the surgery. He told us the orthopedic surgeon caused the death of my lower limbs. He told me that the orthopaedic surgeon misdiagnosed me and that my limbs were dying due to the orthopedic surgeon botched the surgery. He told me in front of witnesses at five separate appointments. At first, Dr. Omlie was concerned, trying to save me from blood poisoning. I felt grateful that he seemed sincere and cared about my well-being. Then Dr. Omlie switched everything he said to us. We took photos and notes at every appointment. Dr. Omlie had a meeting with the other doctors in the group and Fairview. All of a sudden my diagnosis changed. Dr. Omlie's disposition changed in fear of a medical malpractice lawsuit. He was wrong. He did not uphold the medical Hippocratic oath in our opinion. Dr. Omlie was completely on my side telling my family what happened to me at first he believed it was compartment syndrome. I didn't know what that was. Dr. Omlie explained he the surgery was devastating to my lower limbs the bandages from the operation were wrapped aggressively tight cutting off blood flow then death to my feet. He said, I would lose both of my feet, and he would salvage the heels and ankle. I was absolutely devastated. "A healthy person goes into, what most think of as a minor surgery and loses their feet" Dr. Suggested that I wait for a bit until demarcation was finished and he would know where to amputate. My family and I were dealing with this unbelievable tragedy. We felt he was completely reckless and his lack of medical care could of killed me. 2 days later, I'm at the hospital for a previously scheduled appointment with a doctor who was extremely concerned about the Orthopedic surgeon NOT Me. He was absolutely unethical. I went to go stop and see Dr. Omlie to tell him what happened and he completely changed. He said, the group called a meeting and we should let the surgeon (that almost killed me and did kill my feet) be in surgery with him. Now Omlie wants the inept orthopedic surgeon involved that "killed my feet" in another operation, while he's amputating me! ??? I was stunned, he flipped on a dime. When I tried to tell him what the unethical doctor did, he laughed and said "I'll have to have a little talk with those boys". We were completely dumbfounded. He completely changed what he was telling us prior for weeks. Then he was referring to his colleagues as "boys". In our opinion, Dr Omlie changed his story-diagnosis and treatment of care for greed. His medical group was way more important then his patient's life. I was heartbroken, I really wanted to believe that Dr. Omlie had ethics. As I stated, this my personal experience with Dr. Omlie. I truly hope no one experiences the horror experiences I had with him. My whole network of friends still have nightmares about the unethical treatment we witnessed and I received.

My son sees a pediatrician here and we are very pleased with her service, the cleanliness of the facility and the courtesy of the staff who work there. I can usually get an appointment the same day or the next day by scheduling online of course. There are a variety of specialties there I don't even know them all but they also have eye services and podiatry. The clinic is very well labeled so it's easy to find where you're supposed to be. I've always seen Allina providers and will continue to in the future.

I saw this place had most of the services I need (general practice, allergies, dermatology), so I made the switch. I wanted to go in to get tested for diabetes because I was showing some of the symptoms, it runs in my family and I had not had a physical in years anyways. I figured it wouldn't hurt. So I go into the office and I'm explaining this to the Internal Medicine Dr and she cuts me off and starts asking me some questions. She asks if I'm on birth control and when I had my last pap. I answered her even though I was confused as to what it really had to do with getting tested for diabetes. I guess I figured hey, I'm not a doctor. I'll just paraphrase the rest - basically she continued to lecture me on the dangers of getting pregnant/stds. I explained that I'm 26 years old and that my boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years, we use condoms etc etc. She insisted on me getting a pap smear right then and there. Maybe other ladies are totally cool with spontaneous pap smears and not getting any help with the actual reason they went there but I don't know, it wasn't really my favorite I guess. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I did end up finding out that I didn't have diabetes. Plus I got the surprise bonus tests to find out I wasn't pregnant and I didn't have STDs or cancer. Hooray!

My first provider retired, I saw another that treated me through multiple illnesses and injuries. Referred for therapies like PT and a fantastic chiropractor to help with a back injury. I'm now dealing with needing another surgery with the same surgeon he sent me to. It's pretty ridiculous that some complain of the wait time for new patients. I worked elsewhere, the wait times were well over 6 months for some senior staff members and education classes we provided.
