However, it went downhill very fast after he dropped off my car in a place totally opposite of what I requested. He refused to help move it after he stated he would move it closer to my home. Colin provided nothing but excuses stating he needed to get to another job. Then he jumped in his truck and without helping or saying goodbye. The supervisor didn't do anything either after I told him about my experience. Horrible service all around! The reason for the lower rating: I was told a driver would arrive in 30 minutes, but when the dispatcher realized they didn't actually have one available, he sent another company instead. That driver did arrive within the promised timeframe, but the issue was that Ak Towing quoted me one price--and only after my vehicle was already on the truck and the invoice was sent did I find out they were two different companies.
