Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

Windows and doors are protected with wireless sensors, there was no need to drill any holes for anything. The motion detector and glass break sensors installed are also wireless. No drilling and no holes means I will definitely get my security deposit back when my lease is up! While securing my apartment! At first I was skeptical about paying for a phone line just for the alarm system, in addition to monitoring charges. But with the wireless system I had installed, there was no need to get a phone line. The alarm communicates with a wireless radio, no need for phones. Best of all I am able to control my alarm with my iphone. There have been a few times where I have been in a rush and bolted out the door, only to remember that I forgot to set the alarm. No big deal, I take my phone out, fire up an app, and within seconds I arm my alarm system remotely.
