The car is always wet outside after and I have found spots after that were not cleaned at all. Everytime I've gone, we have to go through the same exercise where they try to convince me to upgrade my membership or get an extra wax with the "special pricing of the day". It's a headache, especially because the value is not equivalent to the price.
