Selling my condominium that is managed by alliance. My buyer after paying additional money to get all the condo association documents has yet to see them and are three days past the date. We have called email texted sent smoke signal and we have not got one reply from alliance. Even the company they use to Produce the documents home wise has been trying to Contact them because they need more information and they cannot even get through. Your messages go through to voicemail with no personal messages. That shows you something. read more

Horrible at their job last time I came they received my check even though the date was different it was early they would have held it and then deposited the day of the deposit this time they're saying no they have to be on the same day something's fishy going on there still in this company not great at their service that's why they're reading is horrible they just thinking about the money not the person that lives there read more

Do not under any circumstances frustrate you're self by hiring these incompetent liars. Much better property management companies out there to deal with a very unprofessional, unpleasant dishonest group. They're the worst I've seen in 40 years of doing real estate. I'll give the ONE star only because there aren't ZERO to choose and because they at least EVENTUALLY took care of issues like broken elevators, broken lights, etc that were too common only a year or so ago.I SHOULD have done this years ago but better late than never. I've owned my condo since early 2000s and have gone through multiple management companies, meaning I have comparisons to work with. Given some of the better reviews, they've had better attention to their properties than we have - and DEFINITELY don't have the office manager we do. Eliott is disrespectful, dismissive, and just flat out doesn't give a damn about concerns - probably because HE gets to go home each day(I'm not even sure he has to be here regularly, not too long ago you'd get an audience with the Pope before you got his being personally in the office downstairs) while we live here. I truly get that some of my neighbors aren't too concerned with keeping the community up to par and dealing with that has to be a challenge, but I have yet to have a conversation with him that didn't almost immediately become condescending as if *I* must be wrong. My favorite line is "I know you're busy, I won't keep you about this for now". REALLY?! Did I SAY I was finished? Since the company is responsible for the actions of its employees in the course of their duties - then I have to hold Alliance responsible for these actions as well. (Let me add I'm editing this because I was literally told YESTERDAY I had to contact the electrician myself that is supposed to be inspecting our units for the 40 yr Certification, which I thought unual but, ok? For over 2 months our sprinkler system has been messed up. The sprinklers are running from 7am-9am, which is a terribly inconvenient time. Every single day it is getting residents leaving for work and walking the dogs wet. Not only that, but it is running every single day which is complete overkill. There are areas in the neighborhood that are permanently flooded and muddied. I have been reaching out to the property manager to try and get this resolved but every time the response I receive is just that the landscaping company is not responding. The fact that they can't get this resolved for over 2 months is ridiculous. It's a lack of care and a waste of money because this company isn't trying hard enough to get a resolution. read more

Absolutely the WORST. Unprofessional at the highest level. A stress inducing, condescending attitude, immediately replaced the initial impressive professionalism. Unfortunately I had to give one star to make the world aware they deserve no stars!!!! Jason Hoffman and alliance are the worst property management company in Florida.... myself and 5 owners at heritage landings condo association in Fort Lauderdale have condo units leaking/flooded and mold alliance has not responded to any of us or documented the damage, or had a single contractor come to repair or estimate the structural issues and rectify the problem. Jason has not been To the property since receiving multiple calls and emails from the owners it is now a week later and no response..... We as owners are now hiring an attorney to peruse the management company and board for our damages and non performance. Stay away from this company they just take money and do not perform. For one year I have been trying to resolve an issue with Leigh Hoffman regarding two payments for an estoppel. I paid for the first one and it was stopped immediately due to construction on a roofing project. I did not receive my money back even though he and Shelly told my agent that we would receive it in 90 days. Fast forward, the roof was complete so I was told I needed to order an additional estoppel this time via credit card instead of a money order. Leigh refused to give me the 250$ refund for the initial estoppel that had not been initiated. He just responded to me after a year of battling my refund saying that he investigated this already and I am not due anything after providing the evidence he requested. He and his ENTIRE OFFICE are the rudest, most nasty people to deal with in all of Broward County. Not to mention Leigh is A THIEF and their office needs to be investigated for fraud! All of Majestic View can not stand dealing with this company. I don't know why they haven't been fired. Disgusting. I'd give them negative stars if I could. read more

Update, these morons have cost my Association another $500.00 they have to pay me to plus expenses for failing to provide records. Alliance itself was fined about 800.00 for failing in there duty as a licensed CAM to provide records. Over the past three years my Association has spent thousands on legal fees and fines. What do they care the membership indemnifies them. It's not there money. What an awful group of people. I take no pleasure in kicking there ass. I try to limit my contact. However I won't be bullied or lied to. Neither should you. Not a good company. Check with the state before considering these people no matter what rate they offer. I've had very pleasant experiences with Alliance until today when I spoke with Shelly, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, she would not give me a direct answer and wouldn't even listen to the problem I was trying to tell her without interrupting me and hung up the phone on me. I live on a property managed by alliance so I have to be in contact with them but I refuse to ever speak to Shelly again and be disrespected in that manner. read more

Horrible experience!!! I was sent to collections 7/25/20 for association fees -to my knowledge were not even 30 days past due!!!! I received a letter from a collection attorneys advising that I owe $250.00 plus past due maintenance without sufficient notice from the property management company. After receiving the letter- I contacted the PM company and asked them to explain why I was sent to collections without notice and was advised that the notice was sent via email. After further research I found an email from an unfamiliar email address: payments@allpropsys.net from the property management company that went to my spam folder. All correspondence received from the property management company are from email: no-reply@allpropsys.net, this is what I have saved. However, after reading the email- the notice that I was past due 30 days and the account could be sent to collections if not brought current, to please contact the office. It seems the account was sent immediately after to collections without notice. This is unfair especially-during this crisis where most many have been financially impacted by this Pandemic. What really concerns me is the fact that I was not given written notice(letter) and ample time to respond, pay the balance or dispute the amount if I did not agree with outstanding balance. Not only did I lose hours due to the pandemic- I lost my job and now I have to deal with this!!!! read more

I have had nothing but problems with this management company since the day they started managing my condo building. The Owner prides himself on being responsive, unfortunately more often than not the response is incorrect or incomplete. Imagine, showing up to an Annual meeting without one financial record whatsoever. When asked a question about the financial reports we are given, the response is- "I'll have to get back to you on that." The office staff is worse. When trying to deal with the "accounting" (notice the quotes) department it is obvious that they are clueless when it comes to accounting and when questioned, they call you rude and disrespectful. Then you are asked to put everything into an email, then they hang up on you. For a company that is supposed to be a service company the customer service you get from India is much more helpful and much more polite than what Alliance offers. Paid my fees 9 days early, and was charged a late fee again. This happens often with this company, I've already written a review about it, and it happened again. Paid my dues on 10/22, for 11/1. The notice is dated for the 7th, we received it on the 14th? Dreading the call because these people are extremely rude and nasty every time for no reason, I tried calling at 4pm on a Friday when it says they're open till 5pm. No answer. Staff is not the friendliest/helpful. I get aloof/don't want to be bothered responses even I am a homeowner who technically pay them to get a service. When I was buying my home, they lost paper work I personally dropped off. They didn't bother to see which mortgage company I was using. Send the required documents to a previous mortgage company and would claim that they didn't get the payment. Thank goodness I kept my receipt of my payment and a party in the seller side was on the board. If not, I probably wasn't able to finalize the deal. read more

Awful to deal with. Their attitude is one of non response and laziness. On a recent application submittal for a condo we were told "we will not call you if your application is approved or denied, it is up to you to call us." WOW! if I could scream and run right now I would. I just got off the phone with the worst property management owner ive ever dealt with. I have purchased 4 units and have already been approved for them and when I call to ask about the documents that have taken 3 weeks to get back. He started questioning me and asking me for all my information even asked me for my birthday? Why would that matter SO I did not give him my information and he screamed at me that I was not complying and hung up on me. All the reviews are accurate. Pros - Jason tries his best to manage a group of absolute neanderthals. Cons - The team, especially Stuart and Linda, show complete lack of care or attention to detail. I'm supposed to have a monthly reoccurring automatic payment for HOA fees, but there is an issue every single month and Stuart has the audacity to tell me that its my fault. I had to fight with them over a few months of related late fees, also due to their laziness. read more

Received notices about late fees. Every time I called to address the issue I was told it was an error in their system and to disregard. The company is disorganized and does not know what they are doing. They send out notices which I have called about every time, and was told to disregard. Now I am paying late fees for a late fee from 10 months ago, that has yet not been explained to me why. The manager Mr.Lee is extremely condescending and rude when I called to inquire for the third time. He himself told me to disregard the notice at the beginning of the call. I pursued the conversation because this was the 3rd notice I received and I wanted to know why I kept getting one if my account was up to date. He then changed his mind and said "oh yeah you do have fee's." I let him know that this was the 3rd time I called for this and now I have an extra charge on my account because of the late fees from moths ago. One fee was from June of 2013. Over a year ago?! Why was this not showing up every time I called? I ask to speak to someone higher and he said he was the manager. He would not give me any other e-mail or number to contact anyone else, and continued to speak to me as if I had no brain or a 5 year old child. When I asked why this wasn't on file the first 2 times I called he could not explain. He told me the only way to dispute it was to send him the facts and HE would forward it on to the board. Once again, not providing any information for me to go to the board myself. I asked him if he had a record of the past 2 times I called and he said they don't do that, yet he wanted specific times and dates. how do you handle thousands of dollars from people and you have no record or recordings of when they call? So I provided my phone records of the past times I have called with my bank statement. Once again, all information could only go through him. We had a special assessment due mid month every month for the past 6 months. I even called to ask when that was due, and the woman told me as long as it was in before the 1st, which is when our HOA's were due it was fine. He then wrote an email back after I provided all the information. and said every month my mid month dues were late because they were due on the 10th and he should have more fee's on there? What kind of disorganized company is this handling money? So they just apply fees wherever and whenever they feel like it? The 10th has never been stated to me, and the late fees are not from the special assessments. Every time I called I was told my account was up to date. I even have a phone bill that shows I called on 9/7/2014, and they applied another fee on 9/6/2014, and I was told there were no fees. Two weeks later I got another notice. When he couldn't explain on the phone he got frustrated and said "I just can't talk to you, and need to end this call!" My husband stood next to me witnessing this the whole time. By the way, he uses an e-mail under Martha Palmer, but that's not who I was speaking to and that was the only e-mail he provided and used to contact me. How are you the president of management, don't have your own e-mail, can't explain charges on peoples account, and don't have patience to talk to a client that pays you thousands a year, which keeps a roof over his head? Such a poor company, they need to be shut down for scamming people. It's a shame I have to give them one star! read more
