The work was not completed on the scheduled day, and I was assured the plumber would return the following day to finish. That never happened. Instead, they completely stopped responding. To make matters worse, the work they did perform failed within just a few days, causing water to shoot everywhere. The failure occurred beyond the shutoff valve, leaving me unable to stop the water myself and creating an emergency situation. I immediately attempted to contact the plumber but received no response. I was forced to hire an emergency plumber to repair their defective work and address the damage. During those repairs, the new plumber also identified several additional areas where the original work reportedly failed to meet plumbing code requirements. The result? Thousands of dollars in damages and additional repair costs, not to mention the stress, inconvenience, and time spent dealing with an emergency that should never have happened. **This company has offered no apology, no refund, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right.** I have given them the opportunity to address this situation, and they have failed to do so. Our place had no truly hot water as the tanks were from the 90s and quite corroded. I was impressed they even gave us lukewarm water, tbh. Anyway, that's too big of a job for my DIY mind to tackle so we called the awesome guy who helps my boyfriend at his business, Jesus! Jesus is pretty busy so prepare to schedule out a bit. He arrived as scheduled, though, and even found a way to come back later because we had bought the wrong parts. SMH. We exchanged them right away based on his recommendations and now we have super hot water. Yay! When he's working, Jesus is super focused and works fast. I tried to offer him snacks or a drink but he only took a water and concentrated wholly on the tasks for the rest of the time... until the end when he asked if we'd like to use the old tanks as yard decor or have him take them away.
