The team is wonderful and I received fantastic customer service. I have had used State Farm and Liberty Mutual agents before, but Alliance Insurance Partners is the best. Great rates, terrific customer service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. I recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Horrible customer service. We were with our previous agent over 20 years, he retired and sold the business to Joel right when our auto and home were set to renew. We needed a new policy for home and wanted a new one auto. Due to my work schedule it is hard to connect on the phone and Joel and I exchanged a few voicemails, so I emailed stating that would be easier since we weren't connecting via phone. He refused to email said he had a few questions and had to talk to me to ask them. My husband called him, he didn't ask any questions, only told my husband he wouldn't get us a quote until we could provide pics of our property. I emailed and told him I would like an auto quote now and also a home quote and we would provide pics prior to writing the policy. He again said he had questions on the auto policy and refused to email questions, keep in mind our current auto policy is with him, so he has access to everything he should need. Needless to say, he lost our business, which wasn't small with multiple cars, trucks, rv, multiple atv, trailer, and home. Customer service means adapting to your customer needs especially when you aren't connecting on the phone. read more

Had been with this company for a few years, worked with Matt Blackstun. Q4 2020 our home insurance sent notice they would not renew us due to having a trampoline. Contacted Alliance spoke to a few different people than spoke to Matt who was our agent, this was during the holiday told him our policy renewed in March we could visit after New Years didn't want him to have to do this over holiday, he said he would contact me after 1st. Middle to end of January comes heard nothing, reached out and talked to a women at the company. Expressed this wasn't the first time there was no follow up, expressed if they didn't want my business let me know. She said that was not the case explained we had time should start working on renewal mid Feb. I expressed I was looking for communication and setting expectations was appreciated. Roll forward to 2/10, I called as We finished a refi and new company said they send homeowners payments around 30 days in advance of renewal. I called back to Alliance to inquire. This is when the Owner (no clue he was owner, poor customer service) answered, I explained the situation, he told me early March would be enough time, also laughed and told me they were not sitting there playing with their fingers they have over 10k customers and address those with priory first. Conversation ends, 20 minutes later I get a call back From Joel telling me I have had difficulties with their customer service based on notes and told me to find another agency. Wow! I was never rude which I told him as well. When you hire an agency both communication and follow up is expected. I have referred this company to other people which I will never do again. The way the Owner handed this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Good to know they don't need customers and have 10k. Word to the wise, Joel is always right.. not the customer . read more

Joel and his team always get me the best rates year after year. Great team, always professional and available!! Tonia A.

Friendly company when they are selling you insurance and up to getting your money. Then things change. I bought insurance from a large insurance company through them because the larger company only uses local agents and you can't buy from them directly. My troubles started with the larger company in that they upped my rates after one month for no reason. Then they wanted me to jump through additional hoops to get coverage that I already had and had paid for! I hoped that Alliance could help out since they know the large company better than I do. Could not get any response at all. They get your money and then stop talking to you. And that includes contacting Joel Gilbert the guy who runs Alliance Insurance Partners as well as my agent and an assistant. P.S. Am using an alias for this because I have ZERO trust for them and fear they will spend a lot of time in taking action against me instead of what is right. They know who I am and know what the issue is and have had chances to respond but never did. I recommend that you look elsewhere. read more

This outfit with Joel and Russ are absolutely the best. I can't say enough about them. I'll be with them forever

Talked to someone named Crystal 1/19/2018 about changing my plan. She seemed to be professional and said she would call me back. I never got a call back, and when I try to call back no one will answer. I call again 1/26/2018 talked to a Celeste, they had no information about what we talked about on 1/19/2018. So again I just asked for the same thing I asked before and they said they would return my call. No one calls, so I try to call back 3 hours after on 1/26/2018 no one answers the phone. I called their main line 602 427 4300 about 3 times and got nothing. Called the girl Crystal and Celeste and got nothing. Also gave me someone's number named Matt, that was supposed to be the one to call me each time I talked to them. Matt also never picked up his phone. read more

Why is there only a 1 star option and not a zero star or negative star rating option? This company deserves a 0 for a rating, at the very minimal. I decided to get a quote for auto and homeowner's insurance back in August. Joel, who was very professional and sounded interested in my business, let me know his rep was going to call me to get my information to run the policy search. That happened, they found a great rate with great coverage through First American Insurance and I went ahead and agreed we would move forward with switching our HOI. I was told that Alliance would follow up with me soon. Note, that first HOI policy with First Am had effective dates of 08/23/17 - 08/23/18. Well, now here we are in October and still nothing. I followed up with Joel (who is apparently a "manager" but clearly isn't doing a very good job) and asked him what was happening. He had almost demeaningly talked down to me telling me "oh no, I'm sure customer service will want to do a conference call to cancel the USAA and then make payment on the new policy." Cool, well we are a month and a half past that date and I was still being given the run around and being asked for payment but then not getting a response, it went on and on. Finally I called First American Insurance myself, they let me know they had received full payment for the whole year and that all they needed was a quick document signed. I told First American Insurance that I was not working with Alliance any longer, not sure if you can "fire" an unorganized and unhelpful broker but I just made it a thing. I'm lucky because I work in mortgage and 100% know homeowner's insurance and all the in's and out's. This was my first attempt at a broker and I will never go with one again. For anybody who isn't as familiar with mortgages or homeowner's insurance, RUN from this company and run fast. I could've been left without any coverage on my home, which obviously could've turned into quite a catastrophe for my family. I'm doing the rest of you guys a favor and letting you know that you should work with someone you trust and KNOWS the business. Customer service is KEY in any good company, this company doesn't have it (neither does the other company the "owner" of this company runs so stay away from that mortgage company as well, scary stuff!). read more

Joel and his team are literally the easiest and best insurance agents to work with! They have taken care of our family's insurance needs for the last 3 years and I couldn't recommend them enough. If I ever have policy questions, they're quick to answer and make sure I'm happy with my coverage. read more
