Due to some scheduling overlaps with contractors at the property, Doug actually had to come back multiple times to finish the job because the work areas were blocked. He was incredibly nice about the situation and handled the scheduling hiccups without any frustration. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled at the technical side of inspections and so easy to work with on a personal level. If you want an inspector who is meticulous and truly looks out for his clients, I highly recommend Doug.

This inspection included photos of all aspects of the home. Chris went over every single point of the report with me after the inspection. He explained every detail and answered every question I had. Chris' patience is truly BEYOND any professional I have dealt with in a very very long time if ever! He treated that inspection as if it were his family moving in that house!!! It was incredibly stressful working with W2W. Our HOA hired W2W to inspect attics in 130+ homes…read moreover a 4-week period. While mistakes can happen, this experience went far beyond normal hiccups. The company was disorganized-- in one instance forgetting our scheduled week, forcing last-minute rescheduling of 18 inspections. In another sending us a "urgent" message about 6 units being scheduled for 1/21/2025 when they already inspected them on 11/21/2025. Sometimes their inspectors showed up at the wrong homes and marked them as "no-shows," charging us unjustifiable no-show fees. What made the experience unacceptable was the owner's behavior - petty, juvenile. Various examples are: despite invoices being processed promptly and checks already issued, he repeatedly pressured for immediate payment, made petty comments, demanded stop-payments and check pickups, threatened to halt inspections, and attempted to intimidate by claiming his wife was an attorney and a state judge - isn't impersonating state judge a misdemeanor? These claims were verifiably untrue and per her LinkedIn, she hasn't practiced law since 2019. Coordination issues happen. Misleading statements and juvenile conduct are a choice. We would not recommend W2W.

We weren't too worried as, through the showings, the home seemed to be very well maintained. Zach stopped by the home to perform the inspection and confirmed that the home was in great condition, but as with all homes, there were maintenance, repair, and installation recommendations. Going through the home buying process, we had more than our fair share of questions and clarifications, but Zach blew us away. The evening following the inspections, Zach sent us a thorough and detailed narrative of his findings. We expected to read over it, have no clue what half of it meant, and then have to have the inspector and our realtor disseminate all of it. We were ab-so-lutely wrong. Zach not only gave us recommendations on what we should have repaired, maintained, or installed, but he laid out where any issues were individually located (with photos and diagrams), whether or not repairs and maintenance should be done personally or by a professional, and best of all, it was all presented in simple, easy to understand terminology. We had no questions, no stresses, and full peace-of-mind following Zach's inspection. It is entirely clear why Tabor NW was recommended to perform our home inspection. Thank you, Zach!
