I found out after the first month this company had not contacted Kitchen Aid, even though they told me they had. I found this out after I started calling Kitchen Aid and they told me they don't show any record of this company calling them. I then had to track down the parts needed through Kitchen Aid as this company was no help in that. After the parts arrived and finally got the tech to come out to repair my fridge, he tracked mud throughout my house without a care. He then tried to leave without even turning on the fridge to test if the repair worked! My wife asked if he should plug it in, to which he replied, "Yeah, I guess we should." He then didn't stay to confirm the fridge /freezer would get cold. Overall, if I never do business with this company, I will consider myself lucky.

This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!
