I'd have to call various septic companies to get emergency pump outs and their repairs never worked longer than a few months. About 4 years ago I finally got lucky and found Franklin's Septic. Since calling Franklins I've never had another septic system back up into the house. Once we had a lightning strike hit the house and this did burn out our septic pump. However, one call to Franklin's and they came right out to swap the pump and had us back up and running right away. This morning I texted Franklin's and knew they would be very busy after the holiday weekend (today is July 5). At 9:00 tonight I received a call and the guys told me they are still out working and they were now on their way to my house. Wow...they arrived at 9:15 tonight and made the repair. In my opinion Franklin's Septic has my business for life. They are knowledgeable, personable, and fair. They have all the tools/technology needed to install new septic systems and repair existing systems. I refer them to other people around the lake. When you call them you'll get a message that tells you to text them. Go ahead and text them because they are always outside working on septic systems just like yours.
