Oh dear Dominos this was a disaster of a night for us. I ordered via the app as I'd used it before…read moreand it seemed convenient. I like having the facility to track the progress of an order to see when its due to arrive. This part of the app didn't seem to be working today though as it still said cooking when the delivery came to the door. It took a very long time for the order to arrive and when it did come it was wrong - they had sent something I hadn't ordered (and don't like) but forgotten something I wanted. When I called they weren't very helpful and just offered the missing item free next time. I wanted what I had ordered and paid for tonight really and eventually they agreed to send it. Once I put the phone down and tried a piece if pizza I realised it was stone cold - yum. Called again and was offered my order free next time, not very useful as I won't be using them again after this. I asked for a refund and they refused, saying they couldn't do it. I wouldn't back down and they moved the offer to a half refund. Still not acceptable for me as the whole meal was inedible so I refused and asked if I should go to head office with my complaint. Turns out they are able to give full refunds and I was told one wold be given within 2 days. I'll be keeping an eye on my card to make sure this appears. A no star review if I could, awful food and rude service. Bad times.

So I knew I had to go here ASAP. So whilst getting my haircut in the city I decided (with help from a friend) to go here and wow was that a great decision. To break it down though in case you hadn't heard you take a chicken drum stick roll it in flour pepper and salt, fry in a fryer (durggh) and you buy it in a box for £3. You eat the fried chicken with say chips and a sauce?!? What more can be said about it.
