Juan also charges at a reasonable rate. Even though he did our initial landscaping (we had just grass), we just had him back to put more mulch down and add edging. There is nothing he can't do!

I can not say enough wonderful things about these guys and their work. Our daughter is autistic and…read morelikes to escape onto the busy road and neighborhoods so we desperately needed a fence she couldn't climb. We shared this with Juan and from that point on he and his team kept our daughter at the forefront of every design and build decision they made. They were able to build us a beautiful fence that was safe, unclimbable and pretty much impenetrable. The cost was also very reasonable even during this crazy lumber boom. Finally, the crew were so kind and respectful. They worked so hard through cold and rain to get the job done and they left our yard better than they found it. Seriously, if you need a fence these are your guys.

We got 7 quotes for our fence. P & S wasn't the absolute lowest but after meeting with Juan and…read moretalking we decided to go with him. We had around 140ft of fence & 2 gates we needed to replace. Juan came out and met with me a couple days after I reached out to give me an in person quote. He was very professional and worked with me to help us finish another project with this house. He and his crew came on a Wednesday and removed the old fence and set posts. Thursday & Friday they completed the fence and gates and it looks beautiful. He even hauled away the old fence for free. We love it. Privacy at last and an added aesthetic that will help make our yard an extension of our home. I plan on using him again for some sod and another front gate here soon. Could not recommend enough.

I had what I thought was an issue about our tile roof that would require a complete replacement…read more Every roofing contractor that came suggested an expensive replacement, some without going on the roof to inspect, those who got on the roof but didn't take any pictures or moving a single tile. Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. Yes, I recommend the company for any roofing work.

We contacted LeMoine Roofing in December of 2022 to look at a leak we had on our porch of the house…read morewe just purchased in November. Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.
