My crew was the first install they had ever done. They subsitituted silicone to seal instead of the product ThroughTheRoof as recommended. They did not wire up 1/3 of the second system (I found this out after ten years losing over $12000 in utility savings.) The owner was absent when the warrantied inverters went bad. No response. Had to fight with the mfr to get them replaced. When the roof leaked due to the silicone install, it was a $10K insurance claim. The connection costs were $3K from a REPUTABLE company. I spent $70000 and recommended over $250000 in referrals to Alcorn - what a huge mistake! When I finally confronted the owner after a second series of leaks, he was defensive ("is it really leaking again?") and eventually he blocked me on Facebook from personal and professional page. I was professional the entire time. He has made no attempt to remedy the issues. He ruined my personal and professional reputation for contractor referrals.

They did come out and changed the thermostat and then decided the control board was bad. So seven months later they returned and changed the control board and still didn't work. Then he told me I had to buy a new thermostat because the control board that was bad fried the thermostat they changed last time. He said for two months it was ordered and I guess he is still waiting on it? That was five months ago so I got online and ordered a thermostat and it was delivered in two days and finished mine myself. He forgot to order parts two different times and lied about things both times and eventually just quit communicating with me all together. The electric work they do when installing is sloppy at best. They installed my mom's new air conditioner also and the outside unit for the mini split unit they just set on the bare dirt. I was guaranteed my electric bill would be cut in half but it almost doubled because I had to buy window units and run space heaters after spending $18,000 on a new unit. If you look on Bryant's website you will not find his company name on their list companies in the area. I do not want to leave any stars but I have to leave at least one star to post this!
