I decided to do some more searching and came across Gracie Barra, and I'm so thankful we decided to give it another go. Though we're not pursuing it competitively, I love that my son is gaining self confidence and learning self defense in a safe environment. I've been training since June 2025. The friends I've made since joining the gym have been amazing. Once you get yourself established, you will be amazed about the community of people. People from all walks of life train at this gym. It is friendly. It feels safe. It's clean, which is important, and it's just a great time.
