She has great ideas, works quickly, and really knows what she is doing. Even though I initially hired her for her organizational skills, I quickly found out that she is capable of handling pretty much anything and everything. She has also helped me with pet sitting, food shopping, administrative tasks, gift shopping, and party planning. Geralyn is not only reliable and dependable but as an added bonus, she has a great sense of humor with a can-do attitude. If Yelp would allow for me to give her 10 stars, I would. She truly is a superhero.

I wanted to start writing a review for all your support and help regarding my website but I couldn't, the link said " Posting reviews is disabled for this location." Let me know what else I can do for you my friend. I can go to yelp or google reviews if you send me the links. I cannot thank you enough for all you are done for my life(business) since my whole family and employees depend on it. I have been depending on referrals(few) and the little work I got I have to charge a little bit less, since I was afraid to charge sometimes the right amount and my client thinking it was too much. In my company we lost a lot(cars, storage, employees, money, etc) The worst thing for me, I am afraid to be in the same situation, I am very afraid or scare. I want keep in touch with you, since you are our angel. Definitely, you change our lives right now. When things change I will contact you again for sure, or if one of these days you want to say hi to me I will really appreciated. Pardon my broken English and patience. Please, please, let me know where to write a review(my story) and how a first phone call at 3am change my life! My family and my employee's family we love you Sherry!

Sherry presents herself well both online and offline from what I have read. She is truly an expert…read morein her field and knows how to get the desired results for herself as well as others. I haven't worked with Sherry, but her insights into the marketing arena are very educational for someone like me who is just starting in the digital marketing space. It appears to me, and this is just my opinion, from looking at her website that she doesn't care much for the newcomers with not a lot of experience or others that don't have the expert knowledge that she has. She wants to protect her client base, I get it, but there is a place for anyone who has the desire to learn. Experience comes with time, those who get good at what they do will keep their clients, and those who don't, won't.

I had a very disappointing experience at EZ Solution, North Liberty, IA, North Liberty, IA…read more On 12/09/2025, I took my Laptop to the North Liberty office, for what should have been a simple fan replacement. Even though the issue was clearly explained, the employee insisted I pay a $100 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. Later, I received a call saying the hard drive supposedly needed to be replaced instead, for nearly $300. When I went back to pick up the laptop, the same employee -- who kept his face mostly hidden under a hoodie -- seemed irritated that I asked to see the laptop powered on. The moment he turned it on, it made an even louder and more alarming noise than before. Since they couldn't fix the laptop, he offered to replace it with an used refurbished laptop. On my third visit, I simply asked whether the diagnostic fee could be applied toward the repair cost. At that point, the employee became hostile, raised his voice, threatened to call the police, called me names, and refused to complete the transaction until the owner arrived. I related this sad story to the company owner, paid requested amount, and left the place without any apology.
