So far they've came out twice since I signed up for the monthly sprays and it has really cut down on the amount of pests in my yard. They also took down a wasps nest in my shed and sprayed so they wouldn't come back. Included in the monthly package they also spray the inside if you're having a pest issue. The gentleman who came out removed his shoes prior to entering my home which you dont see too often. I could not recommend them enough!

Would address issues and spray/treat home accordingly and very thoroughly. Fast forward this last year we have a new technician and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. No communication at all, says he was at the house and treated but there were bugs everywhere, even saw a rat for the first time, never treated the inside either. I truly believe the technician was half assing his responsibilities and did a horrible job if he even sprayed anything.. brought this up with the company and the response was offering is $10 off our monthly bill. I don't care about $10 I wanted our house to be sprayed/treated the way it's supposed to be. If I was the business owner I would of went out to the home and addressed the situation with the homeowner and would have wanted to see what we were complaining about. None of that happened. Piss poor way to treat a customer of 5 years who has never brought up any other issues than the one just listed.

I'm in California and own a rental property in Moyock. We're a military family, and I contacted so many companies that advertised themselves on the local Moyock pages after they commented on my post. Once I reached out, all I got were crickets. This company, however, came through. They even arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge help because another local company had promised to come out but completely ghosted us. It was very unfortunate. I'm so glad and grateful I found this company. I don't have to schedule weeks in advance, and they actually show up when they say they will. Going forward, I'll be recommending them to my renters whenever they need services, and I'll also recommend them to anyone in the community. This company truly deserves five stars.

Beware...please don't use these guys!! There are much more competent and professional companies…read moreout there. Lee performed a septic inspection for me this past August. They noted during the inspection that there were no roots in the tank. Well...not too long (a month later) after their inspection the septic was backing up. We assumed it was the plumbing in the house because they said the septic was good. The photos show the huge root ball that formed a curtain around the incoming pipe and was removed by another septic company that said it had been growing there for years. When I brought this to their attention, they emailed me with the following: "Yes it was reported that we did not see any roots while there. From our conversation I am assuming that you are looking for reimbursement of the cost to pay [the other company] for their services. At this time we feel that our services were completed just as all of our other inspections are done." It really is a shame that they chose to handle it this way instead of owning up to the fact that they did a poor inspection (or perhaps didn't even bother opening up the lid; not sure how you miss 100 pounds worth or roots grown into the tank). They had a chance to make it right, and did not. If, as they noted, this is how all of their other inspections are done, then I don't know how they are in business.
