After eighteen years of owning my own small business, the Natomas Bike Shop. I have been approached by many prospective advertisers, and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on every form of media from print to door hangers to mailers, and have had the same result from all....abysmal failures. And it is with that history, that Sean Broadnax, of Mobile Touch Media entered my shop to offer his artistry. I wanted nothing of it. But something curious occurred. I soon realized that Sean had boundless enthusiasm and persistence. And not only that, he is professional at his craft. I took the time to listen to him and I learned. I learned the importance of having an up to date and attractive web page design, and the importance of having the latest in mobile app technology. Not only was it this that sold me on Mobile Touch Media, it was the integrity that Sean brought into my shop. He was concerned about my needs, listened to my apprehensions, and then delivered more than I could have hoped for. I now have a website that I am proud of, and a mobile application that has stunned me with its effectiveness. I hope this review will encourage anyone seeking to improve their social media to contact Sean at Mobile Touch Media. I truly believe it will be one of the few business decisions you will not regret.

Before Covid 19, we had no idea how to sell our products direct through our website. As a traditional brick and mortar, we viewed marketing as a way to drive customers to our location. That all changed fast, and Capitol Tech Solutions has been guiding us through our transition to digital sales with fast action and budget conscious solutions to keep our business afloat.

We tried to take the initiative with this idea internally, but it was too costly and finding a reliable solution proved to be difficult. Our ideas are sound and work but we needed both the strategical and technical experience to push past our roadblocks. After scavenging the Internet for a digital agency in Sacramento, we found that Capitol Tech Solutions was our ultimate choice. We were met with a very enthusiastic and passionate group led by Bobby Reed. Our website was broken and non-responsive, something that is a no no in Google's policy. We were so conflicted about taking care of it internally that we wasted time reaped the consequences of having a dysfunctional website. It was so encouraging to know that they wanted to increase our marketing efforts just as much as we did. After 3 months, CTS got us up and running - we're already performing better than before and have opted to continue our partnership with them to develop a full-fledged digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend their services to anyone running a small business or large enterprise company who's looking for a digital agency. Thank you guys so much!

I had a problem that developed suddenly one day with a "jumping cursor" that made typing impossible, typing stopped, the Cursor randomly jumped around the screen and the iMac made an annoying "bong" sound. It would happen as frequently as 3 times in typing something as short as one of these lines. After 2 weeks of utter frustration I anticipated having to return to the Genius Bar with my iMac to have it completely rebuilt, Worried that I hadn't sufficiently backed up all data (among other things I was getting messages my Disk was full) I called Jonathan to check things over before going to Apple. He spent several hours doing a complete analysis of my iMac, found some Library Files that were not being used but were taking up huge amounts of space. He did his scans and tests and removed them and removed my problem!!!!! Obviously there's a good reason we keep his contact information up to date.
