Throughout the process, there have been months where it's been radio silence and you wonder if they're even doing any work or if it would've been faster to do it yourself. My emails, texts and phone calls to one associate George went unanswered for weeks and I finally found the number of the owner, Dan, who at least did respond (slowly). I'm currently trying to work with Dan to figure out why my insurance company isn't reimbursing me the full amount I expected and I'm not getting any response from these jokesters. They take 27% of your money for crap service. Navigate through the process yourself and keep ALL of your money. Or find a better company.
