Excellent company! I highly recommend them. Our family has owned a store in Jenkintown, PA for decades and we had damage from a storm. I used ACI Adjustment for my Flooring in my rental property in PA. At first i thought I didn't need an adjuster as the insurance company provides one . I found out the hard way the guy sent from insurance company low balled me big time. I was told by the insurance companies floor guy to get a public Adjuster so I googled it and found this company. Still hard to beleive but they got me 4x's more than the insurance companies offer. They were a pleasure to deal with very nice people. Completly professional the entire time up dates at any time. I need to write a review to let other know what a wonderful company this is. They came with a Another company to my neighborhood cleaning homes for free to help with the virus. When I told Tim I had a child with Breathing problems he gave me an Apollo air purifier for free. I offered to pay but he insisted. I asked him to take a look at my roof as it was leaking in the bedroom. I told him in the recent wind storm shingles blew off. I filed a claim with ACI for a toilet overflow in my 1/2 bathroom. I contacted ACI and they were able to send an Adjuster the next day. ACI explained and walked me through the process and prepared an aggressive estimate. Because of their estimate and their negotiation with my insurance company I got as much or more more money for my claim for my 1/2 bathroom than what other people I know got for multiple rooms or considerably bigger rooms.
