I went for lunch on a weekday. I got there a little after it opened at around 12:45 PM. They had plenty of space available, and they seated me right away. I had an appetizer of thinly sliced octopus, which was good (see the pic), and then an entrée, which was less good. They called it baccalà all'istriana (Istrian style baccalà), but what they prepared was more like Dalmatian style, more soupy than creamy. In Istria they mostly eat the Venetian (mantecata) baccalà, which was what I was expecting. The soup was fine, but the fish was a little chewy. The polenta it came with was fine.
