It was wood fired (obviously) and had a spicy 'nduja (a spreadable meat) that was balanced perfectly with fresh red and yellow peppers, basil, and buffalo mozzarella. I could eat this pizza every single day and never get tired of it. So happy to have discovered Mamma Mia and looking forward to many nights spent devouring a giant pizza in their garden!
