We supplemented for a few days until my milk came and as my daughter was jaundiced and I was afraid to let her get dehydrated. I started to fall back on formula and considered giving up completely after a week and she very firmly and supportively encouraged me to go back to nursing and told me what to do to make sure she went back to breastmilk well. We aren't frequent visitors but still feel like Dr. Huger knows us very well and has my child's best interest at heart. She listens to mama intuition and will always go the extra mile for your child. Any time I have had to call for a question or concern, the nurses are always extremely helpful and never make me feel bad for asking questions. They make me feel human and welcome in a world of medicine that seems so foreign and scary if left to Google.
