But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

He is meticulous in his work, takes pride in doing quality work and is transparent with the client about what is needed to get done and shows you his work. Soooo, I 'rescued' this chair with the lofty goal of reupholstering it myself. Needless to say it never happened after I stripped it, so I was faced with the choice to throw it out or find someone to finish the job. I located the perfect blue fabric and entrusted Carlos to do the job! Not only is he the kindest man but his work is IMPECCABLE! Carlos went above and beyond what I could have asked for. The batting is beautiful, the seams are seamless, and he even repaired a bit of the chipped wood. I told Carlos that I would not only recommend him to others but that I would proudly write this review! My pictures speak for themselves. I literally just picked the chair up so I will upload more photos once it's back in my apartment. So glad I held onto the chair and made the investment in reupholstered with him!
