I called the tow company again and they told me even though im the registered owner there is a 2nd lien holder ( notice of sale)on it and only that 2nd lien holder could get the vehicle. DMV doesnt show a 2nd lien. if i cannot get the vehicle then why keep sending me letters on it? im not responsible for any tow bill or storage
