Who then hung up on me. After calling several times finally spoke to "one of the owners" Penny. I explained everything that had happened and without an apology she said she would address the situation. Serious behavior issues within the company in several areas. I would not recommend their services. Spoke to USAA to advise discontinued services to their policy holders.
