Within a couple of months the drip pan for the air conditioner over flowed and caused water damage in the basement. I had to throw out a carpet, remove the linoleum flooring and clean up the black mold that was under the flooring. Edison sent someone out 2 weeks after I reported the incident - with black mold I couldn't wait for them so I had to clean up the mess myself. They looked at the pictures that I took and said they would offer annual service for 2 years to make up for it. That was MONTHS ago and I haven't heard a peep from them. Shop around and find someone more reputable then Edison.

I want to start by saying that the reason I'm leaving this review is because of Mike. He was…read moreabsolutely wonderful! I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and was initially quoted approximately $1,000 for the service call and to have my drain snaked. Unfortunately, that was more than I could afford, and I let Mike know right away. I understood there was an additional charge for weekend service, so I was willing to wait until Monday, which would have saved me $350. But Mike wasn't ready to give up on the situation just yet. This is where Mike really stood out. Rather than just walking away or insisting on the more expensive service, he took the time to assess the situation and try another approach. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Not only did he resolve the issue without needing to snake the drain, but he also managed to keep the cost within my budget. Mike turned what could have been a very stressful and expensive situation into a much better experience. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to find another solution made all the difference. I truly appreciate his help, and he deserves to be recognized for it. Thank you, Mike!

Normally, I would have fixed it myself, but was too weak to do so. I got on NextDoor, and someone was inquiring about plumbers, and William Archer and Sons were recommended several times. I took the chance and called them. This was on Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, Chris and Alex were at my door to fix the issue. They were quiet, clean with the repair, and had a disposal unit on their truck, so I did not have to go out and shop for one. I took advantage of that, and within two hours of their arrival, leaks and a broken unit were a thing of the past. I paid a bit extra of course as it was an emergency call and bought their unit (a well known brand) but I have solid peace of mind. Thank you guys!

Tony, the plumber, was absolutely excellent--knowledgeable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process.
