Much cheaper compared to other jacket places. Fast customer service and timely delivery for online services. There was a misunderstanding with the customization process (embroidery only comes in pocket sized, rather than full sized, designs) but they were more than willing to help out afterward. read more

This company is not based in the US. I ordered something via their website and within 10 minutes decided to cancel the order. I sent an email along with calling their customer support line, they were unable to cancel the order. I will have to wait 10 days for the product to get to me and turn around and pay for the product to be returned. This is just another offshore business taking advantage of US consumers giving us zero protections against preditory business practices. read more

Don't pay for the extra shipping you will not get your item faster! I I placed an order on Tuesday October 28th for to teal long sleeve UA shirts. I pick their options for two day shipping, it showed me Thursday October 30th as the delivery date, so I choice that option at $51.95. The 30th came and went, no package. Going back I see an email after i ordered, saying it still going to take 5 days then shipping. I called to try and cancel the order but had no luck with that. Female is spoke with only gave supposedly a shipping fee refund. Would let me cancel the full order. I need these shirts no later than today Friday hence paying the extra shipping cost. Now these shirts will be useless to me since I needed them for an event I'm in all next week out of state since they are not in hand now. Not a good way to run a business. I will not be using this ALL VOLLEYBALL again. You pay extra to get what you want and ALL VOLLEYBALL can't come through with it. Will look into returning the items once I get them since I could cancel my order over the phone. read more

Ordered shoes with premium shipping. They got returned to sender by UPS without ever making it to my house. At this point the shoes are late for when I needed them. I reached out to customer support in the hope they they would ship them next business day to resolve the issue or at least refund me for the entire purchase (shoes, protection plan & premium shipping cost). They did not reply and instead just went ahead with the refund for the shoes only. I lost money for nothing. Very disappointed and upset. read more

Misleading and dishonest company. Very poor customer service. I placed an order on Monday with expedited shipping ($9.95) and it was still not shipped on Wednesday. It turned out that company does not maintain the inventory and your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer. No point of wasting your time to deal with the middle man website which probably is not even US based. read more

I would recommend staying far away. Do not purchase from them. They have one of the worse return policies I've seen by a small company. They have no exchange policy. None. They sell mostly shoes and clothing and you can't exchange anything. But they will take $9.95 to return it so you can buy another size that hopefully will work. The description on one of the products we purchased was blatant false advertising and they just did not care. You could tell that the service rep had heard all of my complaints before, her responses gave the impression that she wasn't surprised by any of it and she really had no interest in doing anything about it. Wish I would have read the reviews of others first. I'll be sharing this warning throughout my volleyball community and hopefully it will help someone out. read more

This company is fraudulent and dishonest (See other 1 star reviews) They do not offer "free returns" despite advertising it on Amazon and will charge you $25 re stocking fee when they receive the item and claim the item was "Dusty". They also have been caught selling used items but marketing them as brand new. Avoid All Volleyball Inc. This company is scamming buyers and many reviews echo that. Corey Lawson the owner couldn't be more incompetent, unethical, and unprofessional. read more

Beware of AllVolleyball.com in St Loui, MO. We purchased 1052A053WHTSLV7.5 ASICS Women's Sky Elite FF 2 - White/Silver - 7.5 for my daughter, she tried on one shoe and it was tight and never took the other shoe out of the box. We returned these shoes in brand new condition. We used the label they provided to return them expecting to be refunded full amount minus shipping. We paid over $120.00 and was refunded $49.83. We called for explanation and they said because the sole of the shoe had dust on it. They were rude on the phone saying they came back used and blew us off like we didn't matter. I would rate 0 stars if it were an roption. If returning your purchase protect yourself by taking pictures. They are crooks! Buy from them at your own risk! Thanks read more

Great, great, great! So glad I found these guys. This is the only company that I will ever use to purchase uniforms for my club again. The parents had no complaints and they made my life so easy. Regardless of price, their service and standards cant be beat and I will pay a few extra dollars to have this kind of service and experience. 10/10 will use again and recommend. read more

Purchased shirts for my daughter & she loves them! They arrived in a timely manner.

The best prices for volleyballs in the STL. They carry all the major pro balls in stock and the online ordering system is easy and intuitive. Highly recommend! read more

Placed an online order for several different items, totaling $250. Got the confirmation email almost instantly, and within another 30 minutes received another, very cryptic email, telling me that their fraud department has flagged my order, and they have canceled it. I called them immediately trying to sort things out, and got the unpleasant opportunity to talk to a very arrogant woman (I believe her name was Emily). She told me that they had done some very detailed research, whatever that means, and were unable to match my name with my address. I tried to patiently explain that there must be something wrong with their verification process, as all of the information matches, however she would make no effort at all, and would not elaborate at all on what she meant. Even though my billing and shipping address were the same, and they were both the address of the home that I own, the phone number was the one my credit card issuer has, etc, she would continuously interrupt me. As she continued telling me that they were unable to match my name with this address in whatever records they were looking at, I told her "I wrote a $60,000 check to get a mortgage on this fucking home, and I live here. Please don't tell me I don't" Of course, that's what she was waiting for, and promptly hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner of the company. Shanon, who told me she was the owner yelled at me for cursing at her employee. I tried to explain that I wasn't, but she didn't care to hear. She told me she would show me the same disrespect that I had shown "Emily", and hung up on me. Lastly, after I filed a complaint with the BBB of St. Louis, someone from All Volleyball immediately responded with a lie, stating "this person called and immediately began using profanity against our employee". So, instead of reviewing the situation and trying to figure out what went wrong, they decided to just lie. It appears I am not the only one who has had a rather negative experience with them, so, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. read more

All Volleyball has been amazing to work with- I have brought my 2 high school teams and club over after working with Brittany. Great professionalism, quick turn around, and prompt communication! Highly recommend! read more

We started a club volleyball team and was referred to All Volleyball. We regret ever dealing with this company. I am a Huge supporter of small businesses as I prefer to deal with the "mom and pop" shops versus a computer, but my opinion is there is unprofessionalism here. From the first shipment of t-shirt that were missing numbers to the last shipment of shirts where the logo and numbers were backwards on two t-shirts it was a headache to say the least. We informed them from the beginning that we were knew and were happy to take suggestions seeing that they have been in this business. We understood deadlines. We just asked to be honest. If you can't meet a deadline just communicate. We had NO problem making the adjustments. We added a new player a couple of weeks late. We UNDERSTOOD that her uniforms, etc. would not arrive with the others. I will admit that they worked with us and tried to bend over backwards to get us items quicker than expected, which we appreciated. My issues come into the fact when my assistant was (she felt) belittled by the corporate rep she called me crying and upset. When I phoned the manager to discuss they put the lady on the who I was calling to speak about. When the manager FINALLY came to the phone he began speaking over me informing me that I upset his employee and that he was cancelling our entire orders (weeks after we placed them) and that we were setting unthinkable deadlines. I (tried) to get across that we did not request the deadlines...we were given the deadlines and were ok if they needed to be adjusted. He was not willing to compromise nor listen and cancelled our teams orders!! Even though I stated they would miss their first tournament due to not having their uniforms. My assistant went up there and spoke with him and he stated would follow through with the order and if we wanted to place one more order in Feb that was fine. We tried to place another order on Feb 2nd. At that point we explained to the parents the previous situation so they would not be shocked should they cancel our order. We were correct in our assumptions...our "rep" was on vacation for a week so our order was NOT processed. Again our order was cancelled because I contacted the company about an issue. No one was surprised AT ALL. Sad part is we have received SO many complements on our uniforms and many coaches have asked us where we had them made and I've had to explain my experiences over and over. No one wants to deal with a business when their customers feel if they have a question or issue with their orders they are 1. yelled at/talked over and 2. their order may be cancelled and their girls/team will be left hanging. This is a small field and I really wish ALL Volleyball would have handled this situation in a more professional manner than they did because they would have received positive feedback versus my bad experience read more
