How do you clean out the vents and not get all the toys and balls out. Also, I do not feel the dryer was even cleaned because it is still filled with lint which is a fire hazard. These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. They checked the flu for creosote buildup, secured the chimney cap, pulled the unit, checked all connections and functions, and took apart the innards of the stove to give it a thorough cleaning.
