This is, by far, the best company we have ever dealt with for home repair projects and painting (or anything else, for that matter) . If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone there is professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and their workmanship is far beyond that of any of their competitors. We have been working with them over the past five or so years to update our home, which is 50 years of age. Everything they have done has been top notch and of a professional quality you don't find with all businesses today. Steve is excellent, friendly and has a thorough knowledge of what he is doing. We have had other George Apap Inc. employees (all excellent, by the way) work for us in the past, but on our most recent upgrades, I must give credit to three people: Val, Vito and Cole. Vito and Cole replaced the entire front facade for the front door (complete with side windows), and they did it seamlessly. They were so friendly and were expert professionals. In fact, they were so good that we hardly even knew that they were there. The façade of our house looks beautiful thanks to them. And, Val. Val was absolutely awesome. He does the painting and is a true perfectionist. He went over and over his painting, constantly examining it to be sure it met up to his standards, and used small instruments to get to areas that I didn't even think about to be sure that they were painted correctly. He takes tremendous pride in his work, and is an asset to the company. I wish more people were like Val. He is extremely friendly and always willing to listen to what the customer has to say. George Apap Inc. has worked on many projects with us for about five years now, and have done many projects for us, some major and some minor, and we do not have one single negative thing to say about the company or the workers and the job that they performed on anything they have done for us. I told Steve recently, that while we have a lot more to do to update the house as finances allow, we will only consider George Apap Inc. to do these projects in the future. A+++++++ all around. We booked Apap Painting on Black Friday in November to receive a discount knowing the size of the job we needed. Gary the estimater made an appointment to give us a written estimate. We requested the estimate to have options so we could chooses different paint options and rooms we were considering to paint or wallpaper. I signed the proposal. The scheduling department called to see when it was ok to begin. I stalled multiple times because I did not have my colors picked ! They were extremely accommodating! They even helped me pick colors. Now paint day has arrived .... the crew came and covered, moved and handled all of my belongings which was a relief to me / I pointed and they moved whatever I asked !!!! They started in my 19ft foyer, upstairs hall and great room that were all connected! They also painted my kitchen and daughters room and a powder room. I recently hired George Apap Painting to perform the following: 1) wash my home and to wash the mold and mildew off my roof 2) remove my shutters, two coat paint 'em then reinstall 'em. This is the second review of George Apap Painting and their Incredible Concrete Coating Division. It has been six months since we had our garage floor coated with their product which was applied to fix a cracked and pitted floor which had been deteriorating for several years. After six months, ranging from a very cold winter to a hot and humid summer (2021), the product has performed very well with no visible deterioration, cracking, pealing or loss of its aesthetic beauty. George's Crew did a great job Power washing the outside of my house and my deck/porch. The house looks as good as it has since we moved there 15 years ago. They removed some spots on the siding that I assumed would never come out. As far as the deck/porch is concerned, neglect had taken its toll on it but both have been rejuvenated. My family now enjoys sitting outside on the screened-in Porch again or sitting on the deck for some serious Sun worshipping and Star gazing. Thanks George!
