I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

Finally he called me (after 6 weeks) when I politely let him know that I would be leaving a negative review, and this is what Cody told me "I was doing you a favor by not responding because your remaining work is too small and you are located too far away. I'll have to charge you extra for the distance." He also shared with me all the personal details of how his work is consuming him and he just doesn't have time for this. I'm My BIG mistake by trusting him and paying him for the work that he had done for me. I should've waited to pay him after he completed the entire job that was contracted. Do NOT make the same mistake as me. Additional information: he is terrible with shoe molding! So slopping and in places it should not be.

I highly recommend Affordable Floors & Restorations!…read more After getting estimates from other companies for cleaning, repairing, and sealing the grout in my shower, I decided to go with Affordable Floors & Restorations, and I'm very glad I did. Jagr was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning. During the estimate, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the shower and clearly explain what work he would be doing. I really appreciated that he was straightforward and took the time to answer questions rather than simply giving me a price and rushing through the appointment. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared with some of the larger companies I contacted. Being a family-owned business, it seems he is able to provide excellent service and personal attention without the overhead and pricing of some of the larger restoration companies. Jagr was also extremely efficient while completing the work. After everything was finished, I noticed a couple of areas where the grout didn't look quite as good as the surrounding areas. I contacted him, and he came back promptly and corrected the issues without hesitation. To me, that says a lot about a company. Nobody is perfect, but what really matters is whether a company stands behind its work and makes things right--and Jagr absolutely did. The combination of professionalism, reasonable pricing, efficiency, responsiveness, and willingness to ensure the customer is completely satisfied makes Affordable Floors & Restorations an easy company to recommend. If you need tile or grout cleaning, grout repair, regrouting, caulking, or restoration work, I would absolutely recommend giving Jagr and Affordable Floors & Restorations a call. I would definitely use them again!
