She was texting me the whole time to keep me updated, and even commented that she was glad it was her dealing with it and not us when we got there with our 2 kids! I am writing to express my…read morefrustration regarding the unacceptable handling of my order by Baby's on Broadway and their refusal to honor the approved equipment for my child. We began the process with Baby's on Broadway in July as they carry the necessary equipment. After submitting a Letter of Medical Necessity, Anthem approved the order on September 20, 2024. However, on November 5, 2024, I was abruptly notified by email that my order was being canceled, citing that Anthem is now considered out-of-network, with no prior warning or explanation. I was further instructed not to contact Baby's on Broadway due to a claimed lack of bandwidth to respond. When I spoke to Trisha at Baby's on Broadway, she told me that if I was "that upset," I could simply order the Wonderfold directly from the website; which is ultimately what we did for our medically fragile child. After multiple attempts to contact Baby's on Broadway and discussions with BCBS, they are IN-Network, I learned that the BOB, is in active litigation with them, and as a result, orders are being refused.
