I dropped it off with him on Monday, August 17th for what should have been a 3 days job. I rented a car nearby his office. I was supposed to pick up my car on Thursday, August 20th at 4pm. When I arrived, he wasn't done with my car and I waited there for 2.5 hours which was completely unnecessary. At that point, the car was "done" and I was to come back in 10 days for any touch-ups needed and for the PPF on the gear shift area that he never got to. I arrived when he told me to and waited there another 2 hours. He re-tinted a window, and supposedly cleaned up some PPF blemishes. When I was leaving the shop, he noticed that the re-tinted window was not done correctly. He told me to come back later to get it fixed and to get the gear shift PPF as he STILL hadn't done it. Kevin made it very clear to me many times that he's exhausted, works too much, doesn't want to do this type of work any longer, and is just over the whole thing. This is not what a customer wants to hear. It made me believe his work would not be his best and I was correct. So, at this point I'm trying to get him to fix the bad tint on one window, do the PPF gear shift area, and to clean up some more PPF issues including the mirror caps. Apparently he had a family tragedy, or at least that's what he told me. I gave him a couple weeks and texted him again so I could bring it back. No response even though he read all my texts. I texted him a few more times and nothing. He read those messages also. At this point, it's over a month that I started this process and my patience is wearing thin. I'm tired of begging, wasting time at his shop, and I'm completely annoyed. I took my car to a different shop and they re-tinted both windows so they'd match, re-did the mirror caps which were not done correctly, and replaced some PPF on each side of the lower bumper that were also installed incorrectly. This cost me $585 in addition to the $5,400 I paid Kevin.
