They came out same day and got it affixed back to the house. We know we will need to replace a section on the house, I was given an estimate from Caleb on what to expect. Let me tell you, he isn't going to rip you off. The quote for fixing/replacing a good portion was similar to what someone wanted to charge me for the flappy piece to be put back on.
