I walked in the door and I came out with the storage space I was treated fair and just I was treated with respect I was given clear instructions and great customer service. Chip has definitely calmed down compared to the post and reviews. I read earlier. Chip was a stellar gentleman in my opinion, the rest of the family followed suit. OKCPD told me the storage facility has access codes used to gain entry and video of the break ins, but without a warrant, the company won't release the information to the police to aid in the potential recovery of our stolen belongings. I have multiple police reports to confirm this information.

My locks have been cut of twice in less than a month and most of the contents stolen. The first time that they notified me was 4/22/22 and then again on 5/20/22. In April there were a lot of units broken into when mine was. The second time I am not sure as I was out of town working and not able to get there right away. When I did get there I was late on my payment and a few days short of payday. So when I got back into town I found my code suspended. They refused to allow me in to check my contents and file a police report. Apparently they have no problem allowing thieves in and out. But they will not let a victim of those thieves who is a little behind on rent in to check the contents or have the police come out to file the necessary police report. With no onsite management you would think that they would be saving enough to at least hire a security patrol. These are terrible people to trust with your belongings. All of the positive reviews on Google are for the previous owners. I will be moving what little is left in my unit out ASAP.

I was so happy to find a locally owned storage facility that seems to have all their ducks in a…read morerow. Specifically, I was looking for a storage facility that would accept packages and place them in my unit for me. Disco! (Credit where credit is due: Yelp Intern Chris found this place for us after researching many options.) When we went earlier this week to check it out, Mike, the property manager, could not have been nicer. He mans the front office, lives on the premises and oversees the property at night. The also pay a separate security firm to make nightly patrols of the property. Every morning, they post the security report from the night before on the desk in the office. It's a small but thoughtful touch, especially when you're trying to decide if this is the right place for your things. The front office is spic and span, as are the hallways and units. The hallways and units are cleaned daily, the grounds are maintained weekly, and pests are exterminated monthly. Everything we saw looked perfect, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my things there.
