Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the work and prompt follow up with our credit union, and we were delighted with how friendly and courteous they were throughout the process. Doug showed up to perform the appraisal, he was on time, extremely polite and professional . He was also very patient and thorough with his work - - evaluating the entire home and structure from top to bottom diligently looking for anything relevant and newsworthy. Even though some areas of the home (i.e. basement and extra bedrooms) contained clutter since we were in the middle of (a very long and ongoing) cleaning and organizing project, Doug never complained. He remained patient and was very cognoscente and respectful of the surroundings while staying focused and productive during the assessment. When Doug finished he carefully explained the next steps of the process and assured us that he would fill out the necessary paperwork and contact the credit union immediately to get the process moving forward. Needless to say he fulfilled his promise as there were no delays. We were extremely pleased with Doug's competence and professional demeanor, he's a gentleman who enjoys his work and prides himself on providing top notch quality service.
