Jonathan and crew couldn't get a large desk and wall unit up the U shaped stairs so I had to sell them, but when they tried to tell me they wouldn't be able to get my brand new West Elm leather sofa up the stairs either and that I could 'pay them to haul it away' I knew they were swindlers. They argued about it with me in front of my landlord. Eventually, they took it up stairs. All the while costing me more money. They made a stressful day ten times worse. They even loudly discussed the 'fat tip' they would be getting. Inappropriate and unprofessional are two words I would use to describe Forward Moving but the most accurate one is whiners!
