I booked my rental and gave a credit card on file. The morning of the rental I received a voicemail from her saying that I have 5 minutes to call back or she will be giving my rental to someone else. WHAT?? I had the rental reserved all day, my credit card is on file, and she felt it was appropriate to call and bully me around as if I was doing something wrong. Thankfully I saw the VM and called back right away but if I hadn't and she gave my rental away, it would have ruined everything. I called around the area this was the only one. Of this rental available and I don't work a normal job, this was my only day off the entire week to do this & under a time crunch, and she thought it was okay to risk that! They were out of flatbed trucks even though I reserved one. Whoever had my truck hadn't yet returned it. I ended up having to get a van which I was scared to drive because I am NOT used to driving a car I can't see out the back of. The van did come with a camera as you back up but that's about it. I did safely drive the van to transport my mattress into my new place (by myself!) and returned the van the same night as instructed. All in all, everything was easy from check in to check out.

I dealt with a girl named Riley & a young fella named Lucas. Those two offered out of this world customer service. I was very impressed with their willingness to help. They were both quite kind & affable, straight up classic, good ole customer service with a smile. So many thanks to those two, they did a fantastic job. I had a hundred questions, I changed my mind once or twice & throughout the entire transaction, they helped me along. The store offers delivery, it was seemingly costly ($189.00 to deliver a 409lb safe around 50MI). However, when one considers the extreme weight of the aforementioned item & the distance, I suppose ultimately the shipping price is reasonable when comparing the grief of the logistics they're saving me. The same day of the purchase (today) I got a text from the guy who does the deliveries. This is the one area that could use a little improvement. I asked him, approximately, when he'd come - unclear. So I asked the guy to give me a timeframe eg: "approximately between 10AM and 1pm"'for example... Bro says "Between 11AM and 5PM, but it's raining so not sure". I have 4 kids to look after, "between 11AM and 5PM" is a large window, wherein I'll be committed to staying home to receive the delivery. That's 7hrs I can't go anywhere & I have to keep these wild children entertained. Suffice to say the ambiguity about the delivery is a bit frustrating, but we will survive. In closing - I mean it's a TSC, who doesn't love a TSC store? They've got the standard stock/inventory. Is worthy to note, I was at another TSC (Los Banos) this morning & the Los Banos TSC had better sales & sale prices than this Brentwood one. Good store either way, love going to the TSC! It's like a toy store for dad!
