Communication via text was convenient. My car is a 2011 sedan. I do a decent job maintaining my car. Basic wash and Armour All weekly with waxing as needed. We recently picked up my son's 2024 Toyota Tacoma from Apex Auto in Clovis after what felt like a…read morevery long journey. His parked truck was severely damaged in a hit-and-run, and unfortunately, the person responsible was never found. Because replacement parts for newer vehicles can be extremely difficult to get, the repair process took nearly 10 months. While the wait was frustrating at times, we understood that the delays were due to parts availability and were beyond the shop's control. When we finally saw the finished truck, it was absolutely worth the wait. The quality of the repair is outstanding. The paint matches the factory finish perfectly, and the truck looks as if it has never sustained any damage. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the patience, professionalism, and dedication of everyone at Apex Auto throughout the entire process. If you're waiting on repairs for a newer vehicle, know that parts shortages can make it difficult to get your vehicle fixed quickly, no matter where you go. In our case, the result was well worth the wait. Beyond grateful to have the truck back looking brand new. Thanks to everyone at Apex Auto for restoring it with such care and precision. I would recommend Apex Auto to anyone needing quality collision repairs.

On the spot he took a moment to listen and even come out and do a quick assessment before he set us up for an appt that would've been later in the day. His advice ended up being right... he suggested it (still) might just be our fluid levels, and then taught me more about how the trans works and how much fluid it actually needs. So we filled up, kept our fingers crossed, and he was right! We've since made it all the way back to NJ without a problem. His advice helped so much and so thankful to have someone to trust.
