Second experience with this contractor was a terrible one. New front door install was not level…read more Charged $325 plus I purchased the new door and hardware... over $600 total. Three return trips later where they attempted shimming and minor adjustments and the front door was still messed up. I needed this fixed right and didn't have time to keep waiting and rescheduling so I asked for a refund and was promised one via email. Trusting and thinking a check was on the way (minus any materials and dumping fee for old door-because I am a reasonable person), I went ahead and hired another contractor for remove and replace. Door was pulled and reinstalled by the new contractor in less time, done right the first time, and was $100 less in labor cost charged. Didn't receive a check after 60 days, so... followed up on promised refund and was told I had "misunderstood" and that because I didn't allow them to come out and try AGAIN to correct the problem AND send them all receipts and contact information of new contractor, they wouldn't be sending a refund. Seriously? If they'd have come out to do the job on a fourth visit, they'd be out the labor costs... they'd already been out three times and knew it wasn't working properly... it was past time to just make it right with a refund. I'm sad to have to write this. If I'd have received the promised refund, I wouldn't bother with negative reviews. But they had ample opportunities to make this right and chose to insinuate that I was trying to scam them instead. Still determining if it's worth a day off work to follow through with small claims paperwork.

They came out and looked at it but never did send a estimate I had asked for. Had the feeling that they didn't really want to do it anyways. Should have saved their time and mine.

There is a reason they have been voted the best in Clark County year after year. Their entire team…read morewas great. How often do you have an estimator tell you, "you do not need your entire interior painted? He said 'Most of the house looks really good and not in need of painting. Two other companies quoted us the entire inside. He suggested what he felt needed done and gave us a quote for that. Communication was very good. We knew when they would arrive and when they leave each day. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful of our home. They became like family. If you want a quality company that is honest and trustworthy, this is your company.

Although the painter who painted our project was very good, professional and nice, the owner of…read morethis company needs to be better organized, more knowledgeable and can be very rude at times. He prefers to wait until the night before to tell customers that he is sending painters the next day. Twice the painters were a no show. He doesn't use his own employees. He contracts out and sometimes they don't show up. The estimator recommended pressure washing before painting and wasn't aware of the fact that Hardie Plank sliding should NEVER be pressure washed. It voids the warranty because the cement sliding absorbs the water when pressure washed and two weeks later with temps in the 90's, the sliding was still wet with water. Two weeks later, the painter painted right over the wet sliding and now I have to wait two to four months to see if the moisture will bubble up from the top causing the paint to blister or penetrate backwards into the insulation causing mold within the house. The manufacturer states that Hardie Plank sliding if dirty should only be hosed off with a garden hose, not pressure washed. They also state that if the sliding is still dirty after being hosed off to use a gentle soap and sponge to wash it. Nothing harsh or strong. This company also pressure washes for an additional charge so it should not surprise me that he recommended pressure washing. The owner can also be very rude letting you know that he has 40 years of experience. I'm surprised that after 40 years of experience, he hasn't become better organized at scheduling his customers and that Hardie Plank sliding should never be pressure washed. The company also goes by two names -- Creekside Painting and Creekside Contracting. I cannot recommend Creekside Painting.
