We had Shaun back for another project, but this time it was a whole home remodel. New master…read morebathroom, closet, and bedroom, brand new kitchen, and each room had new flooring, paint, light fixtures, and closet remodel. Basically no room was untouched on a 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. We brought Shaun on again and went over everything we wanted to have done, what our budget was, and our timeline for moving in. Not once did Shaun hesitate about any of it. As a matter of fact, he took it upon himself personally as a challenge to accommodate all of our wishes. It was an insane amount of work and coordination that faced him in the coming months. Needless to say, he handled it amazingly. He was always proving us updates, statuses of trades, and moving the project along. He also plays a very good marriage counselor when my wife and I went with him to Lowe's, Home Depot, Emser Tile, Expo Granite, and everywhere else we had to go to pick out items for the house. The compromise was real, but Shaun also gave great ideas to help provide a middle ground for both of us. What was also nice is he would tell us "Hey, I've done that before and it doesn't look good, do this instead" and he was right. It was refreshing to have someone who was that trustworthy helping us with this huge house experience. He went above and beyond what we had hoped he would do, and always championed for us to have the best stuff at the best price. His work and the subcontractors he hires do amazing work, and the attention to detail is what brought us back to him also. He's a great contractor, a great person, and we have definitely made a friend for life. If future projects come about he will definitely be back for more!

Giovanni was responsive, reliable, honest and fair. He was very transparent about his pricing. He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. Awaiting his quote for the bigger jobs such as living room TV wall, adding stone ledgers in my master bathroom windows, recessed lighting, landscaping and a paint job. He cleaned up after he was done and he even apologized for not having his own handheld vacuum cleaner to get a precise cleaning job after his work was completed. Can't wait to work with him again and see what he comes up with for designing my living room TV wall and master bathroom. He has stellar reviews on Google which was what made me book him. He just expanded his business marketing to include Yelp which is why there are a lack of reviews here. But his work is quality and legit.

Unsure of who to call and how long it would take, I went on Yelp and Giovanni responded to my inquiry. After careful research, I decided to give him a try and he showed up the same day. He diagnosed the issue, determined the supply line that needed replacement and went straight to work. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. I would definitely call him again for any handiwork needed as I felt comfortable from beginning to end.

The guys showed up right on time to measure and then the door was ready by end of next week. They came out to install, again, right on time, removed the old door, and installed new one in about 1 1/2 hour at most. The new door is beautiful and so functional. Recommended a structural engineer come out and do an inspection. Insurance company had me use one of their "preferred vendors" come out and do the inspection. Liz and Sergio came to the house while inspection was being done. They were correct and my home did have structural damage. They worked with insurance company's adjuster and came up with a supplement. Construction contract had been signed and they will begin work shortly. Looking forward to working wuth them on this project!
