Moving to a new area and a new house, well, locks have to be changed. But it's not something you want to trust to just any company. I did my research and I called All Security. From start to finish it was a great experience. Amy in the office is personable and efficient. She actually emails/calls you back! How refreshing. And Locksmith Kristin is absolutely the best. She spends time explaining things to you (we installed Smart Locks) but moves along to get the job done. Kristin's apprentice, Nelson, was very nice too and as long as he takes his lead from Kristin, he will be fabulous too! I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. Reliable, good and everyone I dealt with was very, very nice. Knowledgeable and friendly folks. I get specialty keys made here you can't get elsewhere (barrel, etc). Storefront you can go to AND a full service locksmith that comes to you = excellent. read more

These guys are the best. Prompt service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Plus they went out of their way to get us extra keys even though it meant an extra trip to their office. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude from the moment we walked in. Waaaaay overpriced. Their security systems pricing was through the roof and just a simple locksmith job where I was quoted $50 and $65 at two other businesses was told to me to be $130, possibly more. The woman who helped us was nasty from the beginning and acted as if we were a burden. I wanted to give them my business as we are only a few blocks down the road but after being treated like a leper and then hearing the crazy prices, that's gonna be a hard pass. read more

I needed a locksmith to install a digital locking system I had purchased. I asked the person who took my call if they had installed my particular system before - she checked with the locksmiths and let me know that they had not, but let me know that the locksmiths felt confident they could do it. As there are many such systems, they asked me to email a photo of what I had purchased, and where I needed it installed - so they would be properly prepared when they came out. An All Security Co locksmith named Juan showed up on time, did a great job, made sure my new locking system worked perfectly. Importantly for me, he cleaned up afterwards. He suggested an additional related item I might want installed in the future. After he left, I decided I wanted the additional installation - they told me my additional job would be no problem, and came out again on the same day, made the additional upgrade, and charged me only for the part I wanted installed, rather than a whole additional service call. In all - I thought they were reasonably priced, very professional, and provided great service. Just what I want in a locksmith! read more
